Warehouse Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Fall River, MA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 2nd Shift (Approx. 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

Pay Range: (based on experience)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator II to support day-to-day warehouse operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves receiving materials, performing inventory transactions, preparing materials for production, completing documentation, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, food, nutraceutical, or other cGMP-regulated warehousing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments and verify paperwork (BOL, packing list, purchase orders).
• Move materials to designated areas including Quarantine, Released, or Rejected storage.
• Pick and dispense materials for production and packaging according to SOPs.
• Perform accurate documentation for all warehouse activities.
• Load outbound shipments after verifying lot numbers, quantities, and labeling.
• Operate material handling equipment (manual pallet jacks, etc.).
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse space.
• Follow all cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of warehouse experience (pharmaceutical, medical device, food, nutraceutical, or similar regulated industry preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Basic math skills and ability to complete accurate documentation.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Material handling or forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work 2nd shift consistently.

Work Environment

• cGMP manufacturing warehouse setting
• Requires the use of PPE
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
