--Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
JOB SUMMARY
--Under general supervision, manages multiple small improvement projects, process improvement projects, and other business-related initiatives from initiation through completion under supervision of a Program Manager.
--Manages execution of cross-functional plans and tracks progress of activities.
--Facilitates cross-functional interactions to complete the assigned projects within the deadline and compliance with the pharma services plan.
--Tracks, maintains, and communicates project reports to stakeholders
--Responsible for managing resourcing, capacity planning, and managing lab capacity.
--Manages the CAPEX budget.
--Updates and maintains dashboards.
--Oversees and guides day-to-day activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of results.
--Implements/pulls in best practices within the clinical sciences team; fosters continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange.
--Responsible for the management of assays transferring to Penzberg.
Salary : $30 - $40
