Clinical Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Laboratory Scientist I to join our clinical laboratory team. In this role, you will support clinical and translational research by performing laboratory testing, analyzing biological samples, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with laboratory quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in a clinical laboratory environment and is eager to contribute to research that advances patient care and therapeutic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and sample processing following established SOPs.
• Conduct histology and immunohistochemistry (IHC) procedures when applicable.
• Analyze clinical samples and accurately document results.
• Maintain laboratory records and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with scientists, pathologists, and cross-functional research teams.
• Support clinical research studies and therapeutic development programs.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
• Histology and/or Immunohistochemistry (IHC) experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Histotechnologist Certification (HT or HTL) is preferred.
• Clinical trial experience is a plus.
