PFS Sports is a leading sports infrastructure company specializing in the design, supply, and construction of high-performance sports facilities including Artificial Turf Fields, Running Tracks, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Padel Courts, EPDM Playgrounds, and Multi-Sport Facilities across the United States.
We are seeking an experienced Project Operations Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage multiple sports construction projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
- Conduct site visits and oversee field operations.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, procurement, and documentation.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, architects, and internal teams.
- Resolve project challenges while maintaining delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and industry partners.
- 3 years of Project Management or Operations experience.
- Experience managing commercial construction or sports construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project schedules.
- Ability to travel to project sites when required.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
