Summary:
The HR Onboarding Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs with a focus on technical, field-based, and data center professionals.
- Design and manage end-to-end onboarding programs for corporate, technical, and field-based employees.
- Develop role-based onboarding tracks for data center technicians, network engineers, field service technicians, and infrastructure deployment teams.
- Ensure onboarding aligns with company service delivery standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding requirements including: Site access and security credentials; Safety and compliance training; Data center protocols; Customer-specific onboarding requirements
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in HR onboarding, including designing and managing end-to-end HR onboarding programs.
- Experience supporting high volume staff in industries such as construction or skilled trades (telecom field technicians preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience with Oracle or related HRIS/ onboarding platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services, infrastructure, or technology environments.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Workday, or Salesforce.
- Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
