OVERVIEW
We are seeking motivated Sales Professionals eager to build a long-term career in insurance sales. This is not a stepping stone or a temporary gig — we're looking for people who want to plant a flag and grow with us. The first year is hard, but cold calling and prospecting can be taught to anyone willing to put in the work. This is a front-line revenue role where you build a book of business from scratch
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- High-volume outbound prospecting including cold calling, in-person visits, email outreach, and networking — activity benchmark of roughly 50 cold calls and 3 in-person visits per day
- Developing and maintaining referral partner relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and loan officers
- Dropping into offices, attending networking events, and building a strong local presence
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Building creative strategies to grow relationships through events, personal network, and social media
QUALIFICATI
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer relationship or sales experience — cosmetics, beauty, fragrance, bartending, or hospitality backgrounds are a great fit
- Steady job history required — we're looking for reliability, not job hoppers
- Willingness to obtain a Texas General Lines P&C insurance license required (agency covers all costs
- Basic Salesforce familiarity helpful but not required
