OVERVIEW
We are seeking motivated entry-level Sales Professionals eager to launch their careers in insurance sales. This role focuses on generating new business, building referral partnerships, and developing sales skills through hands-on experience and structured training. This is a front-line revenue role where you build a book of business from scratch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- High-volume outbound prospecting including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and in-person networking
- Developing and maintaining referral partner relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and loan officers
- Dropping into offices, attending networking events, and building a strong local presence
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Building creative strategies to grow relationships through events, personal network, and social media
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
- Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
- Willingness to obtain a Florida 2-20 General Lines insurance license required (agency covers all costs)
- Basic Salesforce familiarity helpful but not required
