- Claims or property construction experience - or experience building claims training - a plus
- Articulate 360, Adobe products (premiere, audition, photoshop), Powerpoint, project mgt software
Responsibilities:
- Review data to identify performance gaps.
- Work with SMEs and teammates to determine root cause and create solutions that drive optimal performance.
- Prioritize multiple concurrent assignments and create high quality learning deliverables on time or early. Identify roadblocks and raise risks with potential solutions.
- Act with a sense of urgency and ownership in a collaborative team environment.
- Apply adult learning principles and training strategies to break down complex advanced property claims skills into digestible topics to accelerate performance using a variety of tools and approaches to satisfy the learning, performance, and business needs.
- Emphasis on rapid prototyping and lean effective solutions that drive meaningful, measurable results.
