Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and execute outbound prospecting strategies, including phone calls, email outreach, and social media engagement
- Build relationships with potential clients and referral partners, particularly in the real estate and mortgage industries
- Participate in networking events and community engagement opportunities to grow your professional network
- Support the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to helping close new business
- Work with clients to understand their needs and help present appropriate solutions
- Maintain consistent daily activity (calls, meetings, follow-ups) to build a strong pipeline

Qualifications
