Overview
We are seeking motivated, entry-level Sales Professionals who are eager to launch their careers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and developing foundational sales skills through hands-on experience and structured training.
Our team is responsible for driving new business revenue and consistently working toward individual and team goals. This position is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and excited to learn the fundamentals of sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- High-volume outbound prospecting including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and in-person networking
- Developing and maintaining referral partner (RP) relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan officers, and other strategic partners
- Actively dropping into offices, attending networking events, and building a strong local presence to generate consistent referral flow
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business
- Building creative strategies to grow relationships (hosting events, leveraging personal network, social media engagement, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
- Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or internships is a plus
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license is required (if not already licensed)
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is helpful, but not required
