What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for prospective customers, explaining products and answering questions
- Present service options in a clear, engaging way to drive new enrollments
- Guide customers through the full enrollment process, including paperwork and follow-up
- Support the sales team by helping identify leads and follow through on outreach
- Build product knowledge to confidently address customer needs and concerns
- Use CRM tools to document all interactions and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team trainings to grow your communication, sales, and service skills
- Work toward (and exceed!) individual and team enrollment goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
- High school diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus)
- No experience required—comprehensive training is provided
- Friendly and confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Positive, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
- Able to manage multiple tasks while staying organized
- Familiarity with computers and a willingness to learn CRM systems
