Customer Enrollment Representative

WorldWise Recruiters is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing startup in Lombard, IL, focused on customer enrollment and sales solutions for leading telecommunications brands. As they expand across the Chicagoland Area, they’re looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Enrollment Representative to join their growing team.

This is an entry-level position offering hands-on training and real career growth in customer service, sales, and client support.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for prospective customers, explaining products and answering questions

• Present service options in a clear, engaging way to drive new enrollments

• Guide customers through the full enrollment process, including paperwork and follow-up

• Support the sales team by helping identify leads and follow through on outreach

• Build product knowledge to confidently address customer needs and concerns

• Use CRM tools to document all interactions and maintain accurate records

• Participate in team trainings to grow your communication, sales, and service skills

• Work toward (and exceed!) individual and team enrollment goals

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus)

• No experience required—comprehensive training is provided

• Friendly and confident communicator who enjoys working with people

• Positive, proactive, and eager to grow professionally

• Able to manage multiple tasks while staying organized

• Familiarity with computers and a willingness to learn CRM systems
