Job Title: Litigation Attorney – Employment

Location: Hybrid-Remote (Los Angeles, CA 90045)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our Employment practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters
  
  

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 0-3 years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $105K to $150K, commensurate with experience
