Associate Attorney

Employment Rights Lawyers, APC is looking to hire an associate for its growing practice, to handle wrongful terminations matters. Two years of experience in litigation (business or employment law) is required. This will be a hybrid position with the possibility of remote work on some days of the week.

• The associate will be helping the practice with hearings, depositions and oppositions to the motions.
• The associate will be responsible for discovery projects, and drafting mediation briefs. 
• Salary: up to $135K.
