Paralegal

Senior Trial Paralegal with 8 years of experience to provide support to attorneys from case inception through discovery, litigation, settlement, trial and/or appeal. Solid experience and knowledge in civil litigation and trial preparation required.

This position will offer hybrid flexibility, after onsite training period.

Responsibilities

• Pre-trial responsibilities include: Subpoena preparation and notices to consumer, medical records review and chronologies, witness interviews, deposition summaries, research, and handling of small claims matters.
• Trial responsibilities include: Organizing and working up case for trial, issuing subpoenas, notices to attend, tracking witnesses, preparation of exhibit and witness lists and binders, preparation of CACIs, preparing discovery notebooks and trial notebooks.
  
  

Requirements:

• 8 years of Paralegal experience in civil litigation.
• Required experience in tracking hours and billing time.
• Must also be proficient in MS Word and have knowledge of Code of Civil Procedure.
• Must have a positive attitude, be highly motivated, a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, reliable and professional.
• Experience in electronic trial presentation software helpful.
  
  

Compensation: $90K - $100K
