Job Summary
An experienced Integrated Planner is sought for a 6-month contracting role supporting deepwater assets in the Gulf of America. This position is responsible for developing and managing a unified, forward-looking plan across five offshore facilities, ensuring alignment and seamless execution between Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Construction, Projects, and Wells.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth and offshore experience, with a solid understanding of how work is planned and executed in an offshore environment. This role requires a highly organized, proactive planner who can connect activities across diverse teams to support safe, efficient operations with clear priorities..
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a consolidated 52-week integrated plan across five deepwater platforms, aligning Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Construction, Projects, and Wells.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and serve as the central point of integration between onshore and offshore teams.
• Identify constraints, conflicts, and opportunities early to optimize execution windows, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all planned work supports safe operations, regulatory requirements, and proper sequencing with realistic durations and resource loading.
• Coordinate with activity owners and support teams to ensure work scopes are execution-ready prior to mobilization.
• Present the 12-week schedule to Offshore Installation Managers (OIMs) for final approval and alignment with offshore priorities.
• Track progress, highlight deviations, and drive resolution of planning gaps or schedule delays.
Qualifications / Requirements
• Technical background in engineering, maintenance, operations, or construction within an offshore environment.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, or integrated operations coordination.
• Strong understanding of offshore SIMOPS, regulatory constraints, and execution risks.
• Proficiency with planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and confident facilitating discussions across multiple disciplines.
