What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Intern position at PETROBRAS AMERICA?
Petrobras America Inc. is looking for undergraduate and graduate students to participate in a 3 month summer internship from June 01, 2026 to August 31, 2026 within our Corporate/Procurement area. If you are currently enrolled in a third year or higher of a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Computer Science, or other closely related technology-focused disciplines, or enrolled in a Graduate program with at least half of your program completed, then we invite you to apply!
The intern will be involved in the following projects and have the following responsibilities:
PREPARATION FOR PROCUREMENT APP
Review and cleanup of existing procurement and document repositories
Merge Procurement and Contract for preparing for Dataverse
SAP existing contract documents audit and balance update
IT PROCESS PROJECT
SAP Risk Profile Management - Profile review
Service desk support
IT Process Subtotal

The internship supports Corporate and IT operations by organizing procurement and IT documentation, requiring familiarity with systems, data structures, and information management rather than financial or procurement decision-making.
