Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor GPS tracking systems for all company trucks and field vehicles
* Track vehicle locations, routes, and usage to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
* Proactively communicate with drivers to verify location, safety status, and job progress
* Conduct regular safety check-ins with drivers and field personnel
* Identify and report any irregularities, delays, or safety concerns
* Maintain accurate logs and documentation of fleet activity and communications
* Support quality control processes related to vehicle operation and field safety
* Assist in implementing and maintaining fleet tracking software and systems
