What You Will Do
- Install residential plumbing systems fixtures water heaters valves and related equipment
- Deliver a five star experience for every homeowner
- Educate customers on their new plumbing systems
- Lead and mentor apprentice installers
- Work closely with field leadership and teammates
- Maintain a clean organized truck and job site
- Represent Peterman Brothers with professionalism on every job
You Are a Great Fit If You
- Have at least two (2) years of residential plumbing installation experience
- Have a proven record of quality workmanship
- Enjoy coaching and developing apprentices
- Communicate well with customers and teammates
- Have a clean driving record
- Have a high school diploma or GED
