You'll be hired as a full-time employee from day one, earn hourly pay while you learn, and receive hands-on training that prepares you for real work in customers' homes.

This isn't just classroom training. You'll learn real-life plumbing skills through hands-on practice and field experience, working alongside experienced professionals and learning how to diagnose problems, perform basic plumbing and drain work, and deliver the 5-star service Peterman Brothers is known for.

After successfully graduating from the academy, you'll move directly into a career with Peterman Brothers in Plumbing Maintenance or Drain Services.
