The Role:

Our Excavation Crew Leads repair existing issues outside each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, at every home.

Excavation Crew Leads have the benefit of earning a Guaranteed 40 hour per week paycheck regardless of season and level of work.

What You'll Do

• Consistently represent yourself as a professional and industry knowledgeable which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business.
• Lead an Excavation team in leveling and resetting customer yards.
• Work on light landscaping of trees, shrubs, sod, etc.
• Operate heavy machinery safely while performing on the job duties
• Promote a positive team culture and participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
• Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• 2 years experience in residential excavation that includes the operation of heavy machinery
• Class A CDL required
• 2 years of leadership experience preferred
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Positive and engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a great attitude
• High School Diploma or GED
