Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process transactions efficiently and handle cash, credit, or mobile payments with precision
- Assist customers with product demonstrations and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase experience
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-presented
- Manage inventory by conducting stock checks, replenishing products, and supporting stock rotation efforts
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support cashiering duties by handling returns, exchanges, and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
Skills
