We’re looking for a dependable, organized Fulfillment Associate who takes pride in presentation and enjoys hands-on work in a positive, team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure that every product leaving our factory is beautifully packaged and perfectly prepared for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and organize incoming stock and materials
- Prepare daily shipping materials (boxes, liners, bubble wrap, etc.)
- Print daily paperwork and create shipping labels
- Pick and fill customer orders with accuracy and care
- Assemble and wrap gift boxes and baskets with a focus on presentation
- Package and label products following food safety and quality standards
- Prepare orders for shipment and maintain organized work areas
- Participate in team cleaning and sanitation routines
- Support teammates and cross-train in other areas such as packing and retail fulfillment
- Follow all GMP and safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
- 6 months experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment
- Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
- Enjoys teamwork, learning new skills, and helping others
- Comfortable working in a climate-controlled area (69°F)
- Reliable, dependable, and able to stay on task throughout the shift
- Effective English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle a variety of food ingredients (including common allergens)
- Able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
