Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our dealership, engaging with customers, demonstrating vehicles, and guiding them through the sales process. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create a positive shopping experience and drive sales growth.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right vehicles that meet their needs
- Guide customers through vehicle selection and our application steps, gathering key information
- Assist customers with financing options, including explaining payment plans and completing necessary paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming vehicle lot.
- Ensure vehicles are fueled, presentable, and fully ready for both test drives and sale.
- Take high-quality photos of vehicles and upload listings to the website.
