Key Responsibilities:
· Accounts Payable:
o Process vendor invoices for truck parts, services, and other dealership-related expenses.
o Ensure invoices are accurate and match purchase orders, repair orders, or contracts.
o Maintain accurate vendor records and assist in updating vendor contact information.
o Assist in the preparation of payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) to ensure timely settlement of accounts.
o Reconcile accounts payable reports with the general ledger and assist with month-end closing.
· Accounts Receivable:
o Generate and send customer invoices for truck sales, parts, service repairs, and accessories.
o Follow up on overdue invoices, working closely with the sales and service teams to resolve customer payment issues.
o Apply customer payments (credit card, ACH, check) to appropriate accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
o Maintain and update customer accounts, including sales terms, payment history, and credit limits.
o Prepare aging reports and assist with collection efforts as needed.
· General Accounting Support:
o Help with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
o Assist in preparing routine financial reports for management.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
· Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred).
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Basic understanding of accounting principles, particularly in accounts payable and receivable.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with dealership management systems like [Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar] a plus).
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
· Previous experience in an automotive or truck dealership environment is a plus, but not required.
