🌟 What You'll Bring:
✔️ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
✔️ Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
✔️ Clean Driving Record (Motor Vehicle Record Check Required)
✔️ Ability to Complete Driver Safety Training Upon Hire
✔️ Comfortable Assisting Residents with Mobility Needs, Including Wheelchair Transportation
✔️ Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
✔️ Dependable, Patient, and Safety-Focused Mindset
🚐 What You'll Do:
• Transport residents to medical appointments, treatments, and community outings
• Assist residents in a safe, courteous, and compassionate manner
• Provide support for wheelchair-bound, semi-ambulatory, and non-ambulatory residents
• Coordinate transportation schedules and return pick-ups
• Maintain fleet vehicles and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles while following all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain transportation records and resident documentation as needed
• Support special events that may require transportation assistance during evenings or weekends
