๐ What You'll Bring:
โ๏ธ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
โ๏ธ Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
โ๏ธ Clean Driving Record (Motor Vehicle Record Check Required)
โ๏ธ Ability to Complete Driver Safety Training Upon Hire
โ๏ธ Comfortable Assisting Residents with Mobility Needs, Including Wheelchair Transportation
โ๏ธ Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
โ๏ธ Dependable, Patient, and Safety-Focused Mindset
๐ What You'll Do:
โข Transport residents to medical appointments, treatments, and community outings
โข Assist residents in a safe, courteous, and compassionate manner
โข Provide support for wheelchair-bound, semi-ambulatory, and non-ambulatory residents
โข Coordinate transportation schedules and return pick-ups
โข Maintain fleet vehicles and report maintenance concerns promptly
โข Ensure safe operation of vehicles while following all traffic laws and regulations
โข Maintain transportation records and resident documentation as needed
โข Support special events that may require transportation assistance during evenings or weekends
