🎉 What You'll Do
• Lead hospitality operations for Maplewood Estates, ensuring exceptional resident and guest experiences
• Plan, coordinate, and execute resident events, special functions, and community celebrations
• Oversee catering services for private events, meetings, and campus gatherings
• Manage and develop a team of servers, providing coaching, training, and performance support
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to create memorable dining and event experiences
• Ensure dining rooms, events, and hospitality services consistently reflect high standards of service excellence
• Coordinate event logistics, staffing, room setups, and service execution from start to finish
• Build strong relationships with residents and families while responding to feedback and enhancing satisfaction
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and operational planning to support efficient service delivery
• Promote a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork throughout the department
🌟 What You'll Bring
• High School Diploma or GED required; Hospitality, Event Management, or related education preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality management, catering, event planning, restaurant management, or a related field
• Experience leading and developing service teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience coordinating catering functions and special events preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• A passion for creating outstanding experiences for older adults and their guests
