🕒 Schedule:
Week 1: Friday 4pm-8pm
Week 2: Sunday and Saturday 8am-4:15pm

📋 What You’ll Do:
• Greet and screen visitors, answer questions, and give directions
• Operate switchboards and phones at both Campus Center and Maplewood
• Sort and distribute mail, assist with bulk mailings and newsletters
• Manage guest room and dining reservations, including to-go meal orders
• Train employees on phones, computers, and switchboard
• Report maintenance or housekeeping needs through our system
• Support in emergency situations, ensuring emergency personnel access
• Open and close front desks, manage lighting and audio in lobby/common areas
🌟 What You’ll Bring:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Comfortable with computer systems and telephone operations
• Willingness to work across both Campus Center and Maplewood as needed
• Ability to bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move throughout the day
