🌟 What You'll Bring:
✔️ Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
✔️ Current BLS Certification
✔️ Previous Supervisory or Charge Nurse Experience Preferred
✔️ Strong Leadership, Clinical, and Communication Skills
✔️ Passion for Serving Older Adults
✔️ Ability to Lead and Support Nursing Staff During Weekend Operations
🩺 What You'll Do:
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the nursing team during weekend operations
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
• Support and coach nursing staff while promoting positive resident outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, residents, and families
• Respond to clinical concerns and emergency situations as needed
• Monitor resident care plans, treatments, and documentation
• Help ensure continuity of care and operational excellence throughout the weekend
📋 Baylor Program Details:
✔️ Work Every Saturday and Sunday
✔️ Day Shift (7 AM–7 PM)
✔️ Work 48 Hours Per Pay Period and Get Paid for 60 Hours
✔️ Eligible for Full-Time Benefits

✔️ Holiday Requirement Only Applies to Holidays That Fall on Your Scheduled Weekend
