What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Maintenance Internship (L1033) position at PETE LIEN & SONS, INC?
The Electrical Maintenance Intern will be responsible for:

- Electrical Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- Design circuits to optimize electrical controls
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues
- Assist in performing electrical maintenance to enhance the electrical infrastructure.
- MCC Data Collection & Replacement Analysis
- Collect all information for VFD’s, starters, and breakers from each MCC
- Compile information into spreadsheet.
- Sort VFD, starter, and breaker lists from Step A by age.
- Identify all infrastructure that is beyond life expectancy.
- Receive quotations for replacement.
- Develop cash flow balanced schedule for obsolete infrastructure replacement.
- Motor Data Collection & Replacement Analysis
- Collect all information off motor nameplates.
- Compile information into spreadsheet.
- Sort motor lists from Step A by age.
- Identify all motors that are beyond life expectancy.
- Receive quotations for replacement.
- Develop cash flow balanced schedule for obsolete motor replacement.
- Additional VFD Data Collection
- Collect parameter information off VFD’s and enter into spreadsheet.
- Ground Checks
- Update annual ground check master spreadsheet.
- Preventative Maintenance
- Review existing electrical PM’s and recommend addition/correction.
