At Pest Badger seeking a dedicated Pest Control Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background or interest in pest control, lawn care, wildlife, or agriculture, and possess strong skills in using, hand tools, power tools, calculations, and other soft skills. Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using safe and effective methods
- Maintain and operate various hand tools, power tools necessary for pest control tasks.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance plans
- Drive company vehicles to different job sites safely and efficiently
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during application processes and equipment handling
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other relevant equipment
- Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license required
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical application and equipment use
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed
- Prior experience with land management or agricultural practices is a plus but not mandatory
Compensation
- We are a hourly/performance driven compensation all based off certifications that you hold.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
