Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate new customers through direct outreach and lead generation
- Present and clearly explain products or services to potential customers
- Build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners and decision-makers
- Overcome objections confidently and professionally
- Close sales and secure signed agreements
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Follow proven sales scripts, systems, and training while developing a personal sales style
- Represent the company professionally and with integrity at all times
- Stay motivated, disciplined, and productive in a performance-based environment
