Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates across a variety of searches. Working closely with senior recruiters and account executives, this individual will support full-cycle recruiting activities—from research and outreach to candidate screening and interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct initial outreach, screening calls, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and track progress using PCRecruiter CRM and other recruiting tools
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on active searches and deliver qualified candidate shortlists
- Draft and post job descriptions, assist with candidate communication, and maintain data accuracy
- Support search execution across industries such as GovTech, Public Safety, and Technology
- Represent Peskind Executive Search with professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or corporate)
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and PCRecruiter CRM is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Must be based in the Eastern or Central time zone
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $30,000 (negotiable)
- On-Target Earnings: (uncapped commission potential)
