Position Summary
Gulliver Prep is seeking an exceptionally skilled, forward-thinking Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and revolutionize our recruitment strategy. Servicing over 2,200 students across grades PK-12, Gulliver Prep stands as South Florida’s premier independent private coed day school. Rooted in a century-long legacy of academic excellence, innovation, and community, our strength resides in the extraordinary faculty and staff who bring our mission to life. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier educational leaders, instructional faculty, administrative staff, and specialized personnel. You will build robust passive candidate pipelines, elevate our employment brand, and leverage modern recruitment technologies (including LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized Applicant Tracking Systems, and educational networks) to ensure Gulliver Prep remains the employer of choice for local, national, and international talent seeking a transformative career in Miami.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years of dedicated, fulllifecycle talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated experience recruiting within K-12 independent schools, charter networks, or higher education.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master's or professional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP / SPHR preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Advanced mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized educational job platforms, and modern ATS solutions (e.g., ADP, Veracross).
- Network & Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the independent school calendar, hiring cycles, faculty contracting processes.
