This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Recruiter, located in Enfield, CT. The Experienced Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in suitable positions. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting job interviews, reviewing resumes, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include providing job search advice, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring a positive recruiting experience for all stakeholders.
