Part-Time Recruiter

The Opportunity

Wings Over is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. As a Part-Time Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting all departments of Wings Over and our brand. The ideal candidate will reside close to one of our corporate Wings Over locations, preferably Springfield, MA.

Day In The Life (includes, But Not Limited To)

• Work independently up to 25 hours per week
• Spearhead the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews when needed
• Utilize recruiting platforms to source and engage with candidates
• Collaborate with department heads on a weekly basis to determine staffing needs
• Communicate effectively with employees on all levels of the organization
• Assist and train in onboarding when needed
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
• Travel to current and new markets to assist with recruiting efforts and new store openings
• Other related duties as assigned
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Recruiting experience in the Restaurant/Quick Service Restaurant Industry required
• Associates degree in a related field preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Experience with Paycor Payroll and Recruiting software a plus
• Legal authorization to work in the US
