Wings Over is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. As a Part-Time Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting all departments of Wings Over and our brand. The ideal candidate will reside close to one of our corporate Wings Over locations, preferably Springfield, MA.

- Work independently up to 25 hours per week
- Spearhead the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews when needed
- Utilize recruiting platforms to source and engage with candidates
- Collaborate with department heads on a weekly basis to determine staffing needs
- Communicate effectively with employees on all levels of the organization
- Assist and train in onboarding when needed
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Travel to current and new markets to assist with recruiting efforts and new store openings
- Other related duties as assigned
- Recruiting experience in the Restaurant/Quick Service Restaurant Industry required
- Associates degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience with Paycor Payroll and Recruiting software a plus
- Legal authorization to work in the US
