- Hourly Pay plus bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
- While in sales training, the potential to earn a bonus when shadowing other sales associates
- No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

- Monday through Friday, 2:30-9:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 8:30 pm

- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
