We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team at our brand-new UPS Store location!
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You’ll help customers with shipping, packing, printing, copying, mailbox services, and other business-service needs while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Process UPS shipments and assist customers with shipping options
- Pack and prepare items for shipment
- Operate printing, copying, scanning, and fax equipment
- Assist with mailbox and other UPS Store services
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and basic POS functions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns
- Follow company procedures and maintain accuracy when handling shipments and customer information
- Work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications:
- No prior UPS Store experience required — training will be provided
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
