What You'll Do
Guest Experience & Sales
- Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression.
- Conduct studio tours, educate guests about our wellness services.
- Build relationships, recommend memberships, and confidently follow the sales process and ask for the sale.
- Make a minimum of 20 outbound calls per shift to leads to drive first visit bookings.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Thoroughly clean and reset private sauna suites after every session.
- Fold towels and restock towel inventory throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio.
- Help ensure every guest enjoys a consistently exceptional experience.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to keep the studio running smoothly.
- Take initiative by recognizing what needs attention and jumping in to help.
- Stay engaged and productive throughout your shift.
- Take pride in contributing to all aspects of the studio experience.
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
- Motivated by goals and comfortable with sales conversations, sales experience preferred.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.
- Enjoys staying busy and balancing a variety of responsibilities.
- A proactive team player who is happy to lend a hand wherever needed.
- Comfortable with hands-on cleaning/thorough suite turnover as an essential part of the role.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
