We are seeking an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations, supervising team members, and making sure projects are completed properly and on time. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and capable of training others while maintaining high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer service. Must have clean driving record required to operate a company vehicle. If your bilingual that is a big plus. Full Benefits, company vehicle, cell phone and wage base on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of 3-4 employees on mitigation projects
- Perform hands-on mitigation work while setting the standard for the team
- Train team members on proper procedures, safety practices, and job expectations
- Ensure work is completed efficiently, correctly, and within deadlines
- Monitor job progress and maintain quality standards throughout each project
- Promote a safe work environment and enforce proper jobsite procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and project completion as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend work based on business needs
