Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with asbestos, lead, and mold abatement projects
- Set up containment areas and maintain proper safety barriers
- Wear and properly use PPE, including respirators, protective suits, gloves, and eye protection
- Perform demolition, removal, cleanup, and disposal of hazardous materials
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
- Load and unload materials, tools, and debris
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations at all times
- Assist supervisors and crew leaders with daily job site tasks
- Work in residential, commercial, industrial, and confined-space environments when required
- Ability to wear full PPE and respirators for extended periods of time
- Comfortable performing physically demanding labor, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for long periods
- Ability to work in dusty, dirty, hot, cold, or confined environments
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
