Description
Paul Davis Restoration, a leader in property damage emergency services, is looking for a reliable and motivated Mitigation and Contents Lead to join our growing team. This full-time position plays a key role in responding to water, fire, mold, and other property damage events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise mitigation crews on job sites
- Respond to emergency situations including water and fire damage
- Perform restoration services: water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and content cleaning
- Monitor equipment and document losses
- Maintain organized job sites and company vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and mentor new team members
- Ensure safety practices are followed at all times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 20–100 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as needed
- IICRC certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual a plus
