Speech Therapist

Role: Responsible for assessing and evaluating patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders. Develops and implements treatment plans, performs interventions to improve communication and functional abilities, and monitors patient progress.

Key Duties

• Provides services within legal scope and coordinates with healthcare team
• Evaluates patient function and assists in creating therapy plans
• Treats patients to enhance communication effectiveness
• Observes, documents, and reports patient responses and condition changes
• Educates patients, families, caregivers, and team members on therapy techniques
• Performs effectively in diverse home settings regardless of patient background
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation or access to public transit
• Preferred: CPR certification (or ability to obtain), weekend availability
  
  

Additional Information: Compensation ranges from $74,936 to $112,404 annually, with benefits including health coverage, incentives, recognition programs, equity options, and 401(k).
