Role: Provides clinical leadership and comprehensive patient care in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered approaches.
Responsibilities: Conducts assessments, develops individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team, and updates plans based on patient progress.
Provides direct care, delegates tasks appropriately, monitors care quality, and ensures patient safety by adhering to safety protocols and organizational policies.
Utilizes evidence-based practices, integrates cost-effective strategies, and employs technology to enhance care delivery.
Participates in quality improvement initiatives, evaluates patient responses, and revises care plans accordingly.
Educates patients and families, advocating for their needs, and facilitates smooth discharge transitions with proper referrals.

Requires adherence to safety, confidentiality, and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience or equivalent through residency programs or LPN experience.
- Current RN license recognized by NCSBN Compact or state-specific license.
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of safety, infection control, regulatory standards, and quality improvement processes.
- Commitment to professional development and maintaining licensure.
