Job Opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role Overview

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision or guidance of a licensed healthcare professional. Responsible for maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and coordinating care across departments. Ensure adherence to organizational standards, values, and service principles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Active LPN license in the state or compact licensure meeting all regulatory requirements.
• Experience: Preferably 6 months clinical healthcare experience, ideally in a primary care setting.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds, and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.
  
  

Certifications

• Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications: May be required based on department or unit, such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM, or other specialized credentials.
