- Assess, set, and modify functional treatment goals for patients.
- Deliver therapy per physician referral and treatment plans.
- Chart progress accurately and maintain therapy documentation.
- Utilize therapy software effectively and responsibly.
- Supervise and evaluate Speech Therapy Clinical Fellows (for CCC-certified SLPs).
- Participate in community health projects and liaise with patients, families, and support staff.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to policies and regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork.
- Graduate of an accredited speech therapy program (MS or MA).
- ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Current state licensure and active license in good standing.
- CPR certification required.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and therapy software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Participate in community health initiatives as appropriate.
