The RN must respond swiftly to critical situations, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of recent ED experience, an active RN license (Georgia or Compact), and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. PREFERRED qualifications include a BSN degree and Trauma or Advanced Trauma Care certification.
