Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based travel role in Soldotna, Alaska.
- Provide therapy services for students in a public school district, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators, supporting inclusive settings and utilizing diagnostic tools.
- Develop, write, and implement Individual Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals, including social and behavioral language objectives.
- Work with students using augmentative and adaptive communication devices.
- Maintain CCCs in SLP and adhere to state and federal regulations for disabled students.
- Qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field, state licensure, and experience in school settings.
- Diagnosis and therapeutic intervention.
- Participation in IEP team meetings and collaboration with staff.
- Supporting students across K-12 age range.
- Experience with diverse diagnostic instruments and communication devices.
- Knowledge of inclusion strategies and behavioral goals.
