Provides care within legal scope, collaborates with healthcare team, and educates patients and families about care plans.
Responsibilities: Conducts patient assessments, assists in creating therapy plans, delivers treatments to improve function and relieve pain, and documents visits and outcomes. Ensures patient care aligns with state guidelines and communicates progress to team members.
Qualifications: Requires current state licensure in physical therapy, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance. CPR certification is preferred or can be obtained within 90 days.
