Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of Therapy Leadership.
Responsibilities include: providing direct supervision to patients, overseeing rehabilitation technicians, and supervising PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy; current or temporary state licensure; current BLS certification; preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience with adult and geriatric care.
Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 lbs regularly; prolonged standing and walking; capable of gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
